    • Research tells us relaxation is vital for our mind and body. In today fast-paced world, we can often be on autopilot, rising in the morning and going constantly all day, often not taking a moment to be present to the only day we have, this one right here, right now.

      Sharon teaches classes and workshops to individuals, groups and corporate clients in restore and relaxation. No better way to invest in your health and well being than taking time out to just be in a nurturing and gentle space.


    Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a 500 hours yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS) and taught a minimum of four years since completion of the training.
